Return & Refund

You can ask returns or exchanges within 5 days from your product's arrival date. If you definitively decide returns or exchanges, you must ship back the product to whosbelle.com within these 5 days.
Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
All Shipping back to whosbelle.com and shipping costs for your order & redelivery for exchanges are paid by the customer. For exchanges, shipping costs must be paid before redelivery. (One asks for the shipping cost only 8euros for the order. But if you ask for the return or for the exchange, you must pay the shipping cost of real of 25euros and that of return )
Some products will be labeled "No Return". whosbelle.com will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult carefully product information for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
Products of SALE are "No Return" and "No Exchange" products.
The accessories and the light-coloured products (white, beige, ivory, etc.) are "No Return" and "No Exchange" products.
If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact to the customer service. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment.

Refund times

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that it meets all of the requirements specified in our Return Policy, whosbelle.com will request your refund immediately and will send you a confirmation e-mail. Refund could be made within 3 days from the date of retrun.
Refund on the ‘credit slips’ : if the total of your refund is covered by the ‘credit slips’ used to pay for the order, or if you choose to receive your refund on your ‘credit slips’, the refunded amount will be available in your ‘credit slips’ within 24 hours. If you have paid at least a part of your order with the ‘credit slips’, the corresponding refund will be automatically issued to your ‘credit slips’.
Refund on PayPal: your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours. The actual refund to the Credit Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
